ARCHITECTURAL STONE RESTORATION AND CONSERVATION
McCollam Stone approach stone restoration and conservation using best conservation practices. Conservation involves making interventions at various levels of intensity that are determined by the physical condition, causes of deterioration and the probable future environment of the structure under treatment. Each project we undertake is considered individually and the best methods used for the restoration and conservation of the building.
ARCHITECTURAL STONE PRODUCTION AND NEW BUILD
Our masons are highly skilled in using traditional architectural stonemasonry techniques along with new proven advances. We are able to shape and produce a large quantity of stone within our own factory. Our expertise in stonemasonry encompasses the use of stone in all types of new buildings, from contemporary designs to more traditional constructions.
We carry out complete surveys of stone condition and report on suitable remedies. Stone samples can be laboratory tested with full analytical reports supplied.
